The roof will be clean after pressure washing, but the tile’s protective coating will be removed. So be aware that you will need to have your tile roof refinished if you choose to have it pressure washed. Our soft-wash system will avoid this type of damage and prevent the need for re-coating. Soft-washing also prevents future growth by killing the algae and mold, unlike pressure washing that simply sprays the algae off, leaving tiny patches of the microorganism behind which will begin to “seed” and regrow immediately.
